If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Platform Description

CGPeers X is a secure digital asset delivery and management platform designed for creative professionals. The platform provides an organized interface for discovering, accessing, and downloading authorized digital resources, including software demos, VFX resources, production tools, media assets, and educational content through a direct-download infrastructure.

3. License Grant & Restrictions

Upon acquiring a valid license, you are granted a single-user, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the CGPeers X software on a single designated machine. Your license is cryptographically bound to your specific hardware via a unique Hardware Identifier (HWID). You expressly agree not to:

Any violation of these restrictions will result in the immediate and permanent revocation of your license without prior notice and without entitlement to any form of compensation.

4. Demo Version

The CGPeers X demo version is provided strictly for evaluation purposes. Demo authentication tokens are single-use, device-bound, and non-transferable. The demo environment connects to a restricted, separate server infrastructure designed to simulate the platform's interface and workflow. Demo access does not represent or guarantee the full scope, content, or performance of the premium version.

5. Content & Asset Usage

All digital assets, tools, plugins, and resources accessible through the CGPeers X platform are intended for authorized professional use. You agree to use the platform responsibly and not to exploit automated systems, scripts, or bots to mass-download, scrape, or aggressively extract content from the platform in a manner that disrupts service for other users or compromises infrastructure stability.

6. Intellectual Property

The CGPeers X software, its interface design, branding, proprietary codebase, documentation, and all related materials are the exclusive intellectual property of CGPeers X and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, or publicly displayed without express written consent.

7. Service Availability

While we strive for maximum uptime and reliability across our server infrastructure, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform at all times. We reserve the right to perform scheduled or emergency maintenance, apply updates, or temporarily restrict access as needed to ensure platform security and performance.

8. Limitation of Liability

CGPeers X is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CGPeers X disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall CGPeers X be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any license, account, or access to the platform at our sole discretion if we determine that a user has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in abusive behavior, or compromised the security or integrity of the platform infrastructure.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or published on this page. Your continued use of the platform following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
